Ed Miliband won the debate and set out a clear choice and a clear plan
DouglasAlexander, Labour’s Chair of General Election Strategy, commenting on tonight’s ITV Leaders’ Debate said:
"Ed Miliband showed millions of viewers tonight that there might have been seven leaders on stage, but there was only one alternative Prime Minister.
"Ed Miliband won the debate and set out a clear choice and a clear plan, from zero-hours contracts to tuition fees to rents. And he took David Cameron on, especially on the NHS.
"Despite choosing the format, David Cameron was the invisible man for much of the debate."
